I was a bit surprised by the prices of some pharmacy items in Myeongdong.

I heard that in Korea, prices for some over-the-counter medicine and pharmacy items can vary depending on the pharmacy.

So prices in busy tourist areas and local neighborhood pharmacies may not always be the same. Of course, if it’s urgent, it’s best to buy what you need from the nearest pharmacy.

But if it’s not urgent, it may be worth checking another local pharmacy or comparing prices before buying. Just sharing this as a pharmacy shopping tip for foreigners in Korea.
