2014 mustang v6 automatic just hit 100k miles car hasn’t had anything else really maintained other than oil change and coolant and front suspension parts hearing whine noise after letting off accelerator

Noise started after hitting 100k miles haven’t heard anything like it since I’ve had it at 60k miles

It is catless bank 1/2 sensor 1/2 on the mid pipe we’re just changed not that long ago what could be the issue ? Sometimes car goes into limp mode at random times or when driving somtimes I see the temp get really high and than it’ll go into limp mode
