I had an interview for my green card, which later I found out it had gotten denied because of a reentry and there was no waiver we could have asked for on that. Now I have a NTA and attorney wants to submit a 42B or ask for another court date to submit that.
Anyone in the same boat as me?

I got a NTA after my GC was denied. I have a court coming up in Sept. my attorney wants to ask for a waiver. Are they accepting them these days?
