Hi all, I am a squash coach and division player of almost 10 years, and I have a dream to visualize the sweet spot consistency for my players.
The first idea that comes to mind is to add some sort of layering/coat on the racket strings, hit the ball 10 times and then you would be able to see where on the strings you made contact with the ball.
Going through videoclips of you hitting the ball is both tedious and hard to get the exact picture of the actual contact point, and it is something I would like to be able to do in one of my coaching sessions without spending too much time.
