At the end of last summer, I had a patio put in as part of an in-ground pool installation/project. It wasn’t a cheap project. The poly sand is already gone. The contractor has agreed to come back and fix it (in writing) but he’s seriously dragging his feet and I’m getting irritated. I’d like this community’s input on how bad this is so I know how scorched earth I need to start going because I’ve been super patient and kind - but the longer this goes on, the looser the pavers get and the shittier it looks.
