Difference between permesso tempo lungo and EU blue card
Hi, I was told that after getting the permesso tempo lungo (5 years of living in italy, must be renewed every 10 years), I can then apply for the EU blue card.
I tried googling but am having difficulties, can someone help me out?
Currently I am converting my study permesso to a work one. Is there a way to get eu blue card earlier?
