Was sent this 1883 Morgan Dollar as a “Pre 1921 Circulated Morgan Dollar”. Just wanted some feedback as I am new to collecting. Bought it for my nephew to get him interested in history, coins, etc. Looks like it was heavily cleaned to me, but that’s why I need y’all’s input. Paid $59.00. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
