I'm saving to pull her C2 and might have 250 pulls when the banner comes, if i dont get too unlucky, should i try to pull for her sig? I have Verdict R2 and i wonder if her sig would be a good upgrade or not worth it

Am i doing this combo right? if so, there is any other that is better than this one that doesnt rely on rng?
