How do I fix my 10g tank that has 3 corycats and 1 pleco? I'm moving the tank up to a 29g very soon and I was going to do a 70-80% water change

My gh is 150

Nitrate is 250

Nitrite is 1

Cl² is 1

Kg is 0

Ph is 6.4

My uncle (who didn't even make it to 8th grade and thinks the world is flat) said I can't have bpd and schizophrenia (mind you I'm professionally diagnosed) because I'm not an adult then said my doctors, who've I've been seeing sense I was 8, didn't no what they're doing and he knows better
