Hi everyone!! I ordered my second ever anthurium seedling, a luxurians, from Ecuagenera. While I was repotting her I noticed what looks like a cataphyll. Is that what this is? Does this mean she’ll flower sooner rather than later? I’m not 100% sure and I don’t wanna get my hopes up 😅
I bought this Hoya Bahoi Splash last year for my birthday and she bloomed for the first time this morning!! 😊 I have her in an accidental self watering setup with a chunky mix and she seems to be very happy. I bought this for the foliage, but the blooms were a nice surprise.
Hi everyone 🙋🏾♀️ I’m new to anthurium plant parenthood. A couple of months ago I got this anthurium pendulifolium seedling from Ecuagenera and so far it’s been pretty easy. I have a new leaf coming in and just noticed now that I have two leaves starting to yellow. It’s currently growing in leca and I’m using Foliage Focus for my nutrient solution. Some of the roots did grow into the reservoir, but I cut them off because I wasn’t sure what to do. Is this normal? Is there a way to prevent the yellowing?
