These guys appeared on my rose plant (I don’t actually know when, I realized only a couple days ago) and since then have been multiplicating. They don’t appear to fly or anything. First and second pic shows their “main colony”, but as you can notice in the third photo, they also expanded to leaves and other parts of the plant. What should I do?
