I’ve always wanted to read classic books, but honestly most of them felt too heavy or slow.

So this summer, I decided to try again—but this time I picked carefully.

Here are a few that actually surprised me:

  • Animal Farm – super short but powerful
  • The Great Gatsby – easy to read, deep meaning
  • Pride and Prejudice – didn’t expect to enjoy it this much

I ended up making a list of 10 classics that are actually beginner-friendly and worth reading.
