How did parents not know she was missing or wasn’t with an adult “David” she was on stream on twitch and she was also on Instagram lives. Parents turned a blind eye. RIP CELESTE

Did they really not know anything? I mean a 13yr old girl traveling around the states an also out of the country? Just seems off to me. She was also missing a ton of school at that point. Schools usually notify parents about truancy. Something just seems off. RIP CELESTE
