Hey yall,
Started accutane 4 days ago. Second day I noticed a little ED during sex. Yesterday I had it much worse. Has anyone else seen sexual sides this quickly? For a little background I have never had this type of issue.. 32 y/o male 285 lbs 6’1 very active. I’m also on trt

So I’m picking up my first prescription for isotretinoin tomorrow. I’m a 32yo male. I’m on trt and have been for a long time. I’ve seen some people complain about ED and low libido post accutane. I’m wondering if taking hcg during my iso treatment could help with any possible long lasting sides.. anyone have some experience with this?
Any advice would be helpful
