I’m an architect in data center industry for almost 3 years but want to learn more about these topics below. If anyone knows free resources (websites, books, YouTube channels, lectures and etc) that are worth digging into - please let me know.

  • site selection (due diligence, feasibility studies, site selection processes)
  • supply chain (long lead items)
  • sourcing power (how do data centers secure connection to the grid?)

Ive been training for 3 years and started taking weights more serious since January (5 months of weight training twice a week).

I wanted to ask people if these stats are okay for amateur guy like myself (competes regionally 2-3 times a year, no plans of doing anything serious in sport, just recreational).

I didn’t test my max one rep strength but this is what I have so far:

Squat - 100kg (4 sets of 5) Romanian dead lift - 100kg (1 set of 7) Bench press - 65kg (3 sets of 7) Pull ups - 4 sets of 4 (no weight) 5km run in 23 min

What should a recreational judoka at my level and weight should be striving for?
