I have a few questions for SSRs:

1. How intense is the sales pressure (for one time sales) from management?
2. Is your performance in sales linked to quarterly cash awards, incentives, or salary hikes?
3. What’s the current trend regarding layoffs for SSRs?
4. Is management really pushing SSRs to meet sales targets to avoid layoffs?

Any insights or personal experiences would be appreciated.
