Does anyone else get Preply notifications late?
I have a couple issues with Preply:
- Income affected by currency conversion
- Crazy grind from 33% fees to 18% fees
- 18% cut doesn't go any lower
- Unused student credits just go straight to Preply
- Free trial lessons
- etc...
BUT C'MON PREP... If I have a new student I NEED TO KNOW ASAP. I'm literally at home all day, I made a custom LOUD AF notification for the Preply app and for Preply emails, my phone even flashes its screen and the flashlight... the least you could do is tell me when the student likes my profile on time.
Do they expect us to just have the page open 24/7
Is it just me or will you guys receive notifications like 50 minutes late? "So and so liked your profile 50 MINUTES AGO "... and now they're off the app, and may potentially never return.
I need help or at least someone to trauma bond with for all the lost opportunity.
It's war out here.
