My foreskin is like 2x the size of my actual meat, even when im hard the head is still covered with a lot of extra skin? I think its super weird looking. Is it possible that im gonna grow into the extra skin and it'll look normal eventually?

Sorry if its a bit gross but why is there always a ton of white gunky stuff under the skin? Do i have an infection or sum how do i make it stop
