i am able to force a gurgle up and out, where it is audible and i feel a little relief but how do i convert this to an actual microburp l? admittedly im unsure the difference as i've never been able to burp. i've heard people have had success here practicing controlling the gurgles and getting them self to microburp and this practice eventually helping them to burp fully over time so any advice is helpful! thanks!
