Will I be able to vertically mount my gpu?Will there be enough space because I have micro atx motherboard and bottom fans?

I was looking at vertical gpu mounts and I found this for 45€.It is weird because most pf Pcie5.0 are around 70€.And seller is not Amazon but Arctic GmbH.So should I get this?

I was looking for a vertical gpu mount but all PCIe 5.0 are so expensive…and I went on Aliexpress and I saw this for a very good price.Is it a scam?Probably.
