I recently built a tool to help verify whether your reference letter, resume, or listed job duties actually match the NOC code you’re claiming in your Express Entry profile.
From going through this process myself and seeing others struggle, this part of the PR application process is surprisingly tricky especially when it comes to aligning duties with what IRCC expects.
The tool takes your document and:
• Compares your duties against official NOC duties
• Shows where you’re covered vs where you might have gaps
• Gives a match score (how strong your alignment is)
• Flags missing elements in reference letters (hours, duties, etc.)
• Suggests alternative NOC codes if there’s a mismatch
It’s meant to add some transparency and help you catch issues early before submission.
