Ok let me start this by saying I’m not here to complain, however I just want yalls opinion on this and to see if anyone else does this. I’m a RCA and I’m currently holding down an Aux route (attached is a picture of my trip sheet), every day I’m required to run my aux route and then after that I have to go back to the office and pick up our box truck and run the package collection route (anywhere from 4-6 hours depending on the day). This can obviously be highly stressful due to time constraints and lead to average working days of close to 10 hours. The package collection route is all green card time. Thoughts?
