During the beginning phase of my turn, am I able to channel 2 runes, ready my runes, tap the runes, then let Ekko die by Temporary and recycle Ekko to ready my runes?

Or is the other way round where Ekko is forced to die first and recycle him to ready my runes, I then tap the runes, then channel 2 runes and ready my runes for turn (2 runes missing from first scenario)?

Or is it the worst of all worlds and the ready runes triggers happen at the same time (I don't think it's this).
