403 error trying to use Google Lens while signed out or incognito
Hi
My sons pc doesnt sign in with an account for various reasons tied to his autism. Tonight when trying to use chrome to do a lens search (like he does every night) it gives a 403 error.
I tested it on my own PC and it uses lens fine, but if I then use an incognito window it is doing the same 403 error, so I am assuming its an error to do with being signed out of an account.
I have connected to the internet through my phones tethering to check if its an IP issue and it makes no differerence so it cant be an IP block with my ISP.
I dont know what to try next please any advice?
EDIT: Its specifically only happening when we use the drag and drop into the search bar rather than using lense from the side panel
