Moved into a house that has some bamboo around 2 years ago. It’s About half a metre wide but I can see it’s getting bigger.

Noticed when I moved in that two doors down, they have a very large bamboo hedge, easily five times as wide and twice as tall.

Anyone got any tips on how I can approach them? It won’t be an easy job for them to take out their hedge. Obviously I think it’s spread from their side, but how can i confirm? Trying to get ahead of them potentially fobbing me off. Since it’s two doors down, the neighbour in between hasn’t got any shoots that I can see.
