Only free users signing up, is it normal or am i missing something?
I launched my SaaS about a month ago, this is something ive been using in my role as an event manager for several years, and the market didnt really have a solution like this in the market. So ive been kinda trying the A-Z of marketing (not sure if im spreading myself thin) but basically everything from Google Ads, to posts on review sites, to social media, to SEO and LLMO and now im about to start cold out reach on email and linkedin. What ive noticed in the last month is ive actually got quite a handful of sign ups, but theyve all been on the free tier, and only 2 have shown some kind of interest but then dropped off.. the other issue is most of those on the free tier are not really utilising the app, they signup and let go... am i expecting too much too soon? do i keep pushing and see what happens few months down the line? or should i reassess if this is a solution people will pay for?
