Not medical advice just asking from others experiences. My labradoodle is 8 months and he has all 3 Parvo vaccine shots but STILL got Parvo and it’s been so terrible. the vet said puppies are still susceptible because the antibodies are still working their way through their system after the vaccine and can take time. He’s on anti nausea, anti biotics, probiotics, electrolytes and now IV through the back of the neck, once daily. We are doing everything we can, round the clock, care to make sure he survives. He’s so skinny and sickly after 6 days. He has not eaten since Saturday. Today is Thursday. Maybe a few bites of food here and there but threw up. He hasn’t thrown up in 35 hours so that’s hopeful but I’ll feel better when I see signs of eating.
THE QUESTION IS: how long until dogs start eating
