Long story short; I spent 2 years as a Student Assistant and was offered a temporary hourly promotion to IT Specialist II. I carry all the responsibilities of a permanent ITS 2, and have since my second year as Student Assistant. Due to temporary status Im ineligible to sit for the civil service exams.What are my options given that I’m stuck in a temp position indefinitely? Any advice appreciated.

PS: After months of following up since the end of 2025, Ive heard the infrastructure to make me permanent has been removed.
