I have been with T-Mobile since 2002. I stayed through the rough years, then around 2018 the service and coverage improved significantly. I currently have a grandfathered plan at about $92 per month for my husband and me. We travel extensively across the US and internationally and have always had reliable service until this past February.
Since then, I have experienced ongoing issues in my area. I have called multiple times, visited stores, and spoken with managers. I was even told there has been a tower outage since February. I spent over an hour in-store troubleshooting my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra because they suggested the issue was my device.
After 24 years as a customer, I am now being told this has always been a “historically spotty” area, despite driving the same commute for 20 years without problems. That does not align with my experience.
They can make their cut backs and force customers into this digital customer service, but it won't work. This current messy lack-of-service is not sustainable!
At this point, I am done. I expect better after this long with the company. Bye 👋 T-Mobile! You just lost a family of 8 cell services.
