I've been playing (classical) piano and learning with a private teacher for 4 years now. I am quite pleased with what I've accomplished in classical piano, but I also want to be able to play popular music so that I can start my band or something. Do you have any book recommendations for learning and practicing chords progressively? And about how to do accompaniment in piano? I have seen lots of theory books, but because since they are passive material I don't really interiorize it 🙁
