Hello, I really need guidance regarding this matter po since I know that having my National ID is a very helpful tool to have especially right now that I've already hit adulting stage.
2023 pa po when the printed copy of my National ID was delivered to us and during that time I'm still on my JHS years—occupied with my academic responsibilities kaya 'di ko na po siya masyadong nabigyan ng pansin. Recently I decided na mag working student (BPO industry) and pinayagan naman po ako ng parents ko. When I looked up the requirements needed para mag-apply is kailangan ng one government-issued valid ID and all I have is the printed copy of my National ID. I tried scanning the QR code in it but unfortunately naka error (404 Error) na po siya. I visited our post-office to ask about it but they told me na hindi na sa kanila kini-claim ang mga National ID. When I looked up the site kung saan p'wede mag book ng appointment para maasikaso ko na it only showed me some documents that I could request and non of it is for claiming National ID po. I tried installing the eGOVph app po and used the printed copy of my National ID to get verified and thankfully I'm already verified by yesterday but when I opened my digital national ID wala pong lumalabas (No connection) even though malakas naman po yung internet connection namin. I'm really confused and lost right now po and I don't exactly know what to do. Please bear with me po, I'm still learning how things really work Ó╭╮Ò.
