I recently came across 26bikes.com while looking for a bike, and the prices seem quite good. However, after doing some research, I found mixed and somewhat worrying reviews online.

Some people mention delayed shipping, poor communication, or issues with orders not arriving at all. Because of that, I’m unsure whether this site is actually reliable or if I should avoid it.

Before I place an order, I wanted to ask:

• Has anyone here ordered from 26bikes.com recently?
• Did you receive your item without problems?
• How was your overall experience with shipping and customer support?
