I wanted to ask if someone could please recommend me a book that is about/has the vibe of a slow-paced medieval (or generally pre-industrialisation) peasant life, cottage-in-the-woods-atmosphere and cloudy weather (hope you can imagine what I have in mind right now haha)
genre does not really matter, language English or German and please only recommend books that you think are a 4- or 5-star reads, thank you!
