relationships

Most of the young women I speak to nowadays are not interested in marriage anymore & understandably so; they've grown up surrounded by unhappy, often violent marriages; the men they meet claim to support equality initially but, scratch the surface, & they quickly turn out to be misogynistic. Many of these young women have been exposed to new ideas through education & social media. They've worked hard to better themselves. They have seen their mothers suffer & are no longer content with playing a supporting role. These women are dreaming bigger; they want more. Society as a whole & men in particular need to catch up

Joined a corporate office after MBBS before starting house job… thought it would just be paperwork and counseling students going abroad. didn’t realize how different that world is. Pretty faces hired for front desks, fake professionalism, hidden affairs, married people acting single, everyone flirting with everyone nd the strangest part? The attention. The way people suddenly treat you like loyalty is just a word, met someone there — married young, looked perfect from the outside — yet somehow emotionally everywhere else. That office genuinely changed the way I see relationships.some people don’t cheat because they’re unhappy. They cheat because temptation and validation become a lifestyle.

Despite official notifications by PMDC regarding fee regulations, Aziz Fatima Medical & Dental College Faisalabad is allegedly forcing students to pay full fees without relief. This is unfair and against regulatory directives. Authorities are requested to take immediate notice and ensure compliance.I urgen everryone to complaint on CM and PM portal we all know ,mostly private unis are owned by people in government and have direct links with policy makers like PMDC UHS etc its hard but atleast play your part private mafias are within system. #PMDC #MedicalEducation

for complaint the template email is attached below

To,
Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC)
Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Portal
Relevant Health Authorities Subject: Complaint AgainstpPrivate Medical & Collegesfor Non-Compliance with PMDC Fee Regulations

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Aziz Fatima Medical & Dental College Faisalabad for allegedly violating the fee regulations as notified by PMDC.Despite clear directives issued by PMDC regarding fee structure and limitations, the college administration is reportedly compelling students to pay full fees without implementing the notified relief or adjustments. Students are being pressured and given no reasonable option, which is causing financial distress and anxiety. This conduct appears to be in direct violation of PMDC regulations and undermines the authority of the regulatory body. I request the concerned authorities to:

  1. Investigate this matter urgently
  2. Ensure immediate compliance with PMDC fee notifications
  3. Protect students from unfair financial pressure
  4. Take appropriate action against the institution if violations are confirmed

I am willing to provide supporting documents and evidence if required.Your prompt attention to this serious issue will be highly appreciated.Sincerely,

Selection Policy:

• MBBS written examination marks only

• FCPS / MD / MS written examination marks no percentage of percentile

• House Job (HJ) marks: fixed 5 marks of all candidates for people having PMDC either fmg or from anyother province

• No marks for prior experience

Experience marks often favor candidates who obtain postings (e.g., BHU/RHC) through non-transparent means, creating inequality. Limiting selection to written examinations only, without viva or subjective assessments, ensures fairness and removes perceived bias between government and private medical graduates.

no biasness for Govt vs Pvt and Fmgs all equal

if you support this kindly share it to groups and consultants who are part of meetings for these policies especially from Mayo,Fj,Sims,Aimc,Fmu,Rmu

Mostly consultants from these unis are part of meetings and policies this can make a huge difference
