HUGE 295ct Danburite!! 🤩 Fully Formed Gemmy Danburite Wire Wrapped in Pure Copper

I picked up this gorgeous Danburite from a gem show last year when I was rummaging through their old stock. I wish they had more 😭 I just recently got around to making it into a pendant! It was such a mission to get it done, looping the wires and getting the frame done perfectly right took the whole day! I had to make sure to keep the framing as simple and minimal as possible while making sure the stone was extremely secure. This is how it turned out and now it is up for grabs!

📍 Danburite Sourced from Mexico

📐 Length of Pendant: 109.5mm

⚖️ Total Pendant Weight: 71.22g

💎 Stone Weight: 295.35ct

3rd time buying Ethiopian Opals, how did I do? 🫣

I just went to a gem show yesterday and met up with the Ethiopian dealer I bought from last time. However this time he didn't really have the best stones. I literally had to dig through them for 2 hours just to pick these out. How did I do?

The 2nd pic is a video gif, so it may take a little time to load. I also numbered the stones in the 3rd picture. Any idea of how much these should of cost me per carat? Also if anyone can help identify the flash color patterning on the opals, please feel free to let me know! I'm still extremely new to opals and I'm still learning!

NOTE: Opal #1 has a nick on the right side. I just loved the patterning on it so much that I had to get it!

I am giving away this very tiny Moldavite pendant at whim! Honestly been having a tough week so I thought I might as well give something away just to keep things moving (certified Moldavite hoarder 🥹). Got some stuff going on in my heart too 😭 Pray for me!!

It is a really tiny Moldavite. The length of the pendant is around 14mm or 0.55in, and the pendant weights 0.75g. May not be much but I am hoping it finds the right person and puts a smile on their face :)

I am located in Canada so this giveaway is only available in Canada and USA. You will only have to pay for shipping and handling. I have spent a decent amount of time making the pendant and taking pictures and also making the listing, so if you are feeling grateful and generous, feel free to make a small tip! It will help pay for my gas towards my next trip to the next upcoming gem show this weekend where I am hoping to grab some more goodies 🥹

Here's a link to my shop where you can find the Moldavite Giveaway Listing

⚠️ UPDATE: It got claimed within a few minutes of me posting this! I didn't think it would go so quick, so if you think I should make some more to give away, let me know!

Do you think I should remove the link next time and have people post there favorite thing about Moldavite (or why they deserve it, or something like that) then pick the best post and give it away to that poster? Open to ideas!! About to make another one soon 😬
