My employer does use it or lose it for vacation and personal time which is against state and federal laws from my understanding. I find it hard to believe I’m the only person that has ever noticed this, so is there some legal loophole then or are they knowingly breaking the law?

I have tried reaching out to local lawyers in the past on unrelated issues and have never received a response so I figured I’d ask here.
