we were given notice that the showing would take place between 1:30 and 2pm. she showed up a few minutes after 1. lease doesn’t mention anything about landlord’s rights to enter property unannounced, but some light googling lead me to believe that this might be considered a violation. i don’t really want to give her a fight, but i wouldn’t mind threatening to.

edit to add: lots of people in replies saying i should be naked until the agreed time for the next showing.. occurred to me that it might be worth mentioning i Was naked when she arrived! and i told her that i would be home. yet she starts turning the key after i don’t answer the door right away (because i was getting dressed)
