Hello, this is a question mainly directed at Tattoo artists, but feel free to comment anyway :)

There used to be an "advice" for people wanting to get ink, namely that you should keep everything tattoo-free, that could not be covered by a Shirt or whatever.

Of course, today, people can get ink wherever they want, but i still feel that there's still a sizable amount of people living by that "rule".

Now to my question: are there many people who go by the complete opposite? As in - people who get hand, face/neck tattoos, but prefer to keep the rest of the body free? Is that a thing?
