Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment within ~10 miles of Perimeter (Dunwoody / Sandy Springs area) and would love some recommendations or things to watch out for.

So far I’ve looked at:

• Drift Dunwoody
• 550 Northridge
• Camden Dunwoody

I liked Drift in particular — seems like a good location near Perimeter Mall with easy access to 285/GA-400 and decent amenities ()

Budget: flexible but trying to stay reasonable for a 2B2B
Priorities:

• Safe area
• Good management/maintenance (this is big for me)
• Reasonable parking situation
• Low noise (or at least not paper-thin walls 😅)

Would appreciate:

• Apartment recommendations (communities or specific buildings)
• Any pros/cons about the ones I listed
• Red flags I should watch for in this area

Also open to nearby areas if they’re still an easy commute to Perimeter.
