I am coming across a lot of minor injuries (small wounds, undisplaced fractures) etc out of hours in ED and never really know what to do with them... are there any useful resources to help I.e. how to decide whether a wound needs glue, suture, steri strip, or if a fracture needs a backslab, splint, sling etc?
