How often does PD schedule check ins with associates at your firms to touch base about your PD goals -- is it routine, should I be concerned if PD reached out, or is a sign of low/high performance? (Mid level at v10)

This may be a dumb question but as someone who heard CiCi's testimony and was so moved by her love of her daughter -- is there a radius that has been established where Cile may be located? What is the search plan and how has she not been found yet? I imagine it could only be so large an area.
