So I was wondering if there was a way to bypass this or install a Linux distro (laptop is a hp compaq 6510b notebook) (tried but Linux takes awhile)
EDIT: so i was able to boot into linux mint but it only works when the usb is plugged in, is there a way to make it the default OS for the system?
Final EDIT: i got everything installed and it works fine. thx for the people at the bottom for their help
