My mom just passed, and I’m taking her Rowe R-89 to my house.

I know it’s old and crackles on startup, but plays and sounds great, lights work etc.

Any advice on safely moving it an hour away?

I have a few small leaks from roof vents. Can I stop these leaks myself? Also, roofing company said the gable vent is channeling water to my front bedroom window causing some damage. I have ordered new windows waiting on install, does this quote seem high? Can I fix myself?
