Has anyone who has worked as an AIN either whilst studying or just in general feel that they are being targeted more by RNs, ENs and even New Grads who have worked as AINs? As an emerging RN I recently coped with a filthy tirade of abuse from an RN before I had even commenced my shift for being on my phone, not something I would do on a shift anyway, but the accusations and filth that came out of this particular RNs mouth left me feeling somewhat sick, and have not returned back since.
