Title says it all.

I've taken an issue to HR that genuinely effects my entire team, and 2 months later, nothing has changed, nor does it seem like things are going to. The last time I expressed an issue to them, things were settled in about a month. None of the people that said they would be willing to back me up hsve even been called on to talk to someone about the issue.

What can I do next?

I can give details about what the issue is, if needed. I just didn't want to type an entire book and bore you all to death.m if it isn't necessary.
