I asked GPT 5-mini to do a simple task: switch git origin and push (i was on local, asked it to switch to a remote) It wiped half my source folder containing an 8% finished matching sm3dw decomp. Had to go manually restore. Never using copilot again.
I posted this on gba temp already, but i figured i'd post it on a forum from this century.
As you may know, I like sonic (just look at my profile picture). But, I also quite like the Wii U. it's sad the Wii U doesn't have many Sonic homebrew ports. That being said, I'm making a call to anyone who knows about Wii U homebrew development, GX2, and general topics so we can all work together to get some sonic on the U. I myself have been working on a few, I forked RSDKv4 Wii U and improved it, I'm working on a Sonic 3 A.I.R. Wii U port, a SA2 port (and soon SA1 when the decomp releases,) and a SRB2 port. If YOU want to see more sonic on the U, and YOU know someone who is confident in their skills of making Wii U homebrew, (or you are that person,) I'm looking for people to build this out faster and better, so we can start potential new ones too.
