Anyone else have an atrocious hiring process at polaris manufacturing?
After working really hard to get into the hiring process at polaris i went to a nine hour unpaid training and tour of the factory. They did all the usual, drug tests, training, tours, all that. When I reached the end of the day they gave me a sheet for a required 2 hour physical exam also unpaid, and self scheduled. The worst part was the background check. Every background check I've done for a manufacturing job was giving them my ssn and ID, but with polaris I basically did the whole background check myself. Uploaded a million documents and every job I've ever had, my traffic violation history, and medical, after wasting almost 4 whole days for this job they are now asking for 2 pay stubs from each of my jobs, which I can't even access anymore because they were all digital and lost when I quit the jobs. WHAT THE HELL, ALL OF THIS FOR $21 AN HOUR!?!?!? I have given up after repeated calls to the physical examiner telling me that I'm not part of the list and to call back the next day. Has anyone else had to deal with all this BS?
