puffy/swollen eyelids for the first time when crying

im being fr i cried for like 10 minutes, fell asleep, woke up with swollen eyelids...HOW???? (Dont actually answer this)

I CRIED FOR LIKE 4 HOURS ONE TIME AND MY EYES DIDNT GET PUFFY. actually, whenever i WOULD cry, my eyes NEVER got puffy im crine

dude they like nerfed me. my eyes usually swell when i get a very good sleep but dude i slept for three hours after crying ✌️😭

never in my fifteen years of life bro. saw myself in the mirror and i thought i was trying to do a doe eye, nope, my eyelids big and so is my stare. ts FRYING me 😭😭😭

and it reminds me of all the times i cried in school, like i dont bring a mirror so is this genuinely how i looked during class. like no wonder everyone could tell i cried when my eyeshape changed

how do you play characters

i think ive played this game for too long, but my chars still suck. maybe cuz i have favoritism and only really invest into, and use Umbrella and Annie. Dont even know why i dont use the other chars like Squigly. I deadass picked those two like its the only skins i can afford in a game.

my favorite Umbrellas are Puddle Pirate, Death Wish, and Palace Plunderer.

my fav Annies are actually all of the silver, gold, and diamonds. But Wave Warrior, Ageless Wonder, and Fire Branded are my usual go-tos.

my playstyle is honestly like how you imagine a beginner playing mobile legends plays. yeah, ive been that way for years. But in skullgirls i sort of just do basic attacks first and wait until i get dealed like 20 damage, and when the attacks i receive are consecutive. Sometimes i just spam the umbrella eating thing lol

im lvl 48 and don't even know how to properly utilize my own chars im crine

what to do for a better sleep?

sorry for the headliner, im pretty tired but i cant sleep.

i know its KINDA my fault, but i was super tired last night. Basically i was gaming, shut my laptop off and headed upstairs. I did a sticker activity thing so i could feel tired and i did, but i couldnt really sleep cuz i was on my phone (its a problem, i know, but i use it to fall asleep actually)

around 3 am (went to bed at 12am), i felt hungry and for some reason didnt just drink water and i ate a chocolate bar, an entire KitKat, so obviously i wasnt able to sleep

i think i had a nap (i guess) from 4-5am cuz its just sort of a blackout

ive never had a sleepless night since quarantine where i FORCED myself to stay awake because i didnt wanna sleep. And i cant like...take a nap in the afternoon because i have somewhere to be at 4pm.

Writing this just as i got out of bed. Figured i couldnt sleep cuz i couldnt shit or whatever. I honestly tried every remedy or method to sleep, but none worked and i was just so anxious i just went to the bathroom lol

i have a pretty bad sleep schedule, sleeping at 1-3am and waking up at 10-11am. I honestly think this is just my body's way of trying to be able to sleep earlier this night to stop this madness of sleeping at stupid o''clock and waking up with half the day over.

I'll try to nap somewhat. Im not really scared since this has happened to me a lot when i was younger (im 15 if anyone's wondering) but ive ALWAYS wanted to be able to sleep normally. Even during whenevever i slept early at 9pm i would still wake up at like 3 am or 4 am, an hour or two before i have to wake up at 5 am. Sometimes i would oversleep.

Do any of you have anything, and i mean anything at all to help me fall asleep properly tonight? And not just quick naps?

oh and, i fall asleep pretty slow. Just fake sleeping, drowsy, put phone on a random video and sleep and then wake up like you just fell asleep in minecraft.

Heres also my nightly routine (its always the same somehow)

  • stop playing games
  • refill water (i forgot to refill my water during the sleepless night)
  • do skincare routine for like...five minutes, maybe ten if i cant find a video or song to play in the background
  • set up a little table to start writing or reading something or just doing ANYTHING to get that sleepiness attacking
  • immediately stop when i start to yawn and i lay down
  • find some video to watch and try my best to not doomscroll
  • somehow sleep at 1-3am and wake up at 10-11am

The night before this night, i slept at 1 am and woke up at 11am. Maybe this is just my body resetting my sleep pattern to sleep better, idk im really unsure and kind of frustrated
