Hello po. I need help po, clarification lang po sana about the ORCR. Nagka self accident po ako, and I need to process the police incident report for insurance. LTO only gave me temporary CR and sabi nila valid na daw yun as OR/CR on the road. Di rin i release ng casa ang OR until ma fully paid ang motor. Ngayon di tinatanggap ng police station ang temporary CR and hinohold ang police report. What to do?
