Using Cubiomes Viewer, I already checked all seeds from 0 to 250 billion, and the best I found are these two:

On these seeds, every block whose coordinates are between -500 and 500 is part of the central mushroom island. I would like to know if there is a seed that beats those two. It would be great if someone could run Cubiomes Viewer to find it faster.
